To help us help you, include
- Your phone model and Android version
- The game version (Settings screen in the game)
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot if you have one
- For purchase problems: the Google Play order number (starts with GPA.)
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Google Play. You can request a refund from Google in the Play Store under Order history. If Google turns you down and you think that is wrong, write to us with the order number.
